WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE A BID?

To place a bid, all users are required to create an account. This process ensures user verification and provides continuous access to bid history and invoices.

HOW DO I KNOW THE LISTINGS ARE LEGITIMATE?

We are committed to transparency and work directly with celebrities to bring you items you'll cherish for years. Each listing includes a detailed item description and authentication details when available. If you have any questions about an item, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@stars4charity.com

WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I AM OUTBID?

Yes! We will email you if you are outbid on an item.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON?

To win a listing you must have the highest bid when the auction closes. All listings have a countdown clock to the end of the auction. After the auction ends all bidders will receive an email informing you of a win or loss.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payments for auction winnings are due within 24 hours after the auction closes. After that 24 hour period we will begin to process all the items won. If your payment has not been received there may be a delay in shipping your item. Please reach out to us with any questions at contact@stars4charity.com

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WINNINGS?

We begin processing all winnings 24 hours after the auction closes. You can expect to receive your item within 7-10 business days.
